Enrollment for the HKUSB Mini and Youth Rugby Programs is now open. 2023/24 was an amazing season across all our junior rugby teams and we can't wait to see what next season brings.

If you are new to Sandy Bay, our mini/youth rugby program is the ultimate destination for boys and girls between the ages of 4.5 and 18 years of age who want to enhance their skills and enjoy themselves.

With the support of our dedicated and experienced parent coaches partnered with our premiership men’s and women’s players, you will discover the basics of rugby - from passing and catching to tackling, rugby tactics, teamwork, and, above all, sportsmanship!

No previous experience is required, just a desire to put in the effort, have a blast, and be a valuable member of a team.
