U5s train on Sunday morning at 8.00 am - 9.00am

HKU Sandy Bay introduces young people from ages 4 to the great game of rugby. The very nature of rugby and the differing requirements of each team position means that rugby is truly a game for all – the big and the small, the fast and the not so fast.

Children can join U5 as soon as they turn 4 years old.
